Return & Refund Policy

1. Overview
At Just THRIVE Consulting Group, we are committed to providing exceptional professional services, digital resources, and merchandise. Due to the diverse nature of our offerings—ranging from physical apparel to specialized professional consulting—our return and refund policies vary by product type. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
2. Consulting & Professional Services
2.1 Retainers & Contracted Services
For grant writing, vocational career mapping, AI consulting, and dissertation coaching services, all payments, deposits, and retainers are governed by the specific terms outlined in your individual Client Service Agreement. Generally, deposits for consulting services are non-refundable once work has commenced or research hours have been logged.
2.2 Digital Downloads & Guides
Because digital products, templates, and downloadable PDF guides are irrevocably delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales of digital items are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital downloads unless the file is proven to be corrupted or inaccessible.
3. Physical Merchandise (Online Store)
3.1 Standard Returns
We accept returns for physical merchandise (such as apparel or branded items) within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following physical items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"
- Custom-printed or personalized merchandise
- Items that show obvious signs of use, wear, or damage by the customer
3.3 Damaged or Defective Goods
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional shipping cost to you. We require photographic evidence of the damage prior to processing the replacement.
4. Return Process & Refunds
4.1 Initiating a Return
To initiate a return for physical merchandise, please email our support team with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
4.2 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item was received damaged or defective. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
4.3 Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
